This month our featured property is Apartment 2 in the recently completed Chalet Iskar. Chalet Iskar is located in the beautiful mountain village of Beli Iskar, only 7km from the Ski resort of Borovets and only a 1hr transfer from Sofia International Airport.

This 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished and finished to a very high standard. The apartment is split between two levels and is a spacious 90m2 in size. The two large bedrooms are located in the lower level and both have access to en-suite bathrooms. With a sofa bed in the lounge area, this apartment could easily accommodate two families comfortably. This apartment is fitted with under-floor heating but the lounge also boasts a large wood burner for those cosy nights in!

Watersports on Lake IskarThe magnificent Lake Iskar is only 8km from Beli Iskar and boasts a wide range of water sports including windsurfing, wake boarding, water skiing, sailing and jet ski hire. There are numerous small coves to enjoy a peaceful and private day with the family and several restaurants can be found nearby when the hunger pangs strike!
