We are Zelnik Rentals, a UK owned and managed property and management letting agency. We specialise in the provision of property management, property maintenance and rentals management services in Bulgaria. Our current portfolio of properties are located in the Rila Mountains area, specifically the Borovets and Beli Iskar regions.
Our parent company is Zelnik Properties, a Bulgarian company specialising in the development of high quality chalets and apartment complexes in Bulgaria. Many of our rental properties are owned by Zelnik Properties or their clients.
Our aim is to provide our clients with a wide range of services and an excellent level of service. Most of our clients are foreign investors, seeking to secure short term income through holiday lets, and although we do not provide guaranteed rentals, we can provide you with all the tools necessary to provide your rental customers a top class service.
Our packages have been carefully tailored to cover distinct services and you can pick and choose the packages that meet your requirements. We can even arrange for welcome packs, airport transfers and local excursions for your rental customers - setting your property above the rest!
