Basic Advertising Package
This starter package is designed for property owners wishing to establish a basic web site for their property.
Our basic web advertising package provides you with a multi page web site and web hosting for your site. Your property is also automatically included in the Zelnik Rentals online property database and will appear in our search listings.
Showcase your property with its own web site
Each customer subscribing to our Basic Web & Advertising package is given access to PRIMS, our powerful web 
based rental management software. PRIMS allows you to build your own multi page web site showcasing your property using a series of simple web forms. This web site contains a description of your property and the local area, an image gallery, access to uploaded maps and documents, an availability calendar and a customer enquiry form. Using PRIMS, you can also view your bookings, manage your availability calendars, send messages to your rental customers, produce advertising fliers and edit your property details.
