Who is it for?
This package is ideal for clients needing a changeover, cleaning and laundering service for their properties. This service is currently only available in Beli Iskar.
Our dedicated and qualified cleaning teams can provide professional cleaning and laundering services to you and your rental customers. Our team remains flexible and can be on hand for any changeover day. Our team will also replenish consumable items such as toilet rolls, soaps, shampoos and replace light bulbs if required.
If you require this service on a regular basis we recommend that you consider our Rentals Management package, as unlimited changeovers are included as part of this excellent package.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is dependent upon apartment size as shown in the below:
- Studio/1 bed apartment £15 (20EUR) per changeover
- 2 Bed apartment £20 (26 EUR) per changeover
- 3 Bed apartment £25 (33EUR) per changeover
Package Features
- Laundering of bed linen and towels
- Replenishment of toilet rolls, soaps & shampoos in bathrooms/en suites
- Making of beds with fresh linen
- General cleaning and dusting
- Washing of bathroom tiles
- Inventory check and reporting of any deficiencies to owner
- Check for damage
Additional cleaning charges:
- Oven cleaning (for exceptionally dirty ovens, at the discretion of our cleaning staff)
- Carpet cleaning
