When owning a property in a foreign country you are faced with many problems that may seem daunting at first. Simple tasks such as fixing a leaking tap or paying a local utility bill are compounded when you are several thousand miles away in a different country. Imagine getting a phone call from an angry rental customer at three in the morning when his family have arrived at your apartment, only to find that a fuse has blown or a radiator has leaked.
Our Property Maintenance package takes care of all this for you. This package is designed to give you piece of mind during both occupancy and non-occupancy periods. During non-occupancy periods our local facilities maintenance team will visit your property at regular intervals and perform simple preventative maintenance tasks and checks. Any repairs that are needed are logged and taken care of immediately.
During occupancy periods, our local facilities maintenance team and resort manager are only a phone call away, ready to help out your customers in the unlikely event of any problems.
Who is it for?
Our Property Management plan is designed to provide all the maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks that are required to keep your property in tip top condition all year round. When coupled with our Rentals Management package, you can rest assured that your properly is always ready for occupation by you and your rental customers.
Even if you do not rent out your property, it is likely that there will be long periods of non-occupancy and this is where it is important that simple preventative maintenance tasks are regularly performed. Our facilities management team will carry out these checks for you and carry out any simple maintenance tasks for you. Examples of these tasks include, ventilating your apartment, testing and changing light bulbs, flushing of toilets, running of taps etc. See our features list below for a more extensive list. If we discover any major problems we will arrange for repairs and maintenance by local tradesman (you will be billed separately for any repair work undertaken).
To permit access to your property we can arrange for a local key holder to hold a set of duplicate keys for you. These keys are issues to rental customers for the duration of their stay and also to permit the key holder to coordinate access to your property for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
We also assist you in the legal obligations you have when owning a foreign property. We will arrange for payment of property taxes, payment of local taxes, payment of utility bills and assist you in the compilation of financial reports that you will need to submit to your accountant for tax purposes.

Cost
The cost for this service is £300 per year, payable in advance. We will also arrange for the payment of your utility bills, local taxes and any repair bills. These extra costs will be billed separately.
